| Pet Sitting: For those on vacation, business or out-of-town trips. I recommend a minimum of 1 visit daily for cats and 2-3 visits daily for dogs. Rates are based on length of visit. The needs of your pets may also determine the visit length and how many visits needed each day to properly care for them. Rates for Pet Sitting: * Rates listed are for customers who reside within 5 mile radius of my home base. Surcharge of $1.00 per mile over 5 miles will be added to per visit rate. This averages to 50 cents per mile over 10 miles per visit. Exact rate will be determined at initial consultation visit. If you need visits longer than 30 minutes, the rate is $5.00 per 15 minute increments. ** Pet sitting visits include the following at no additional charge: Mail/newspaper retrieval, alter lights/blinds/curtains, water plants, put trash to curb, and home security check. I will also scoop litter box and pick up after your dog(s). Feeding fish or birds included if minimal care needed. *************************************************************************************************** Dog Walking/Potty Break Service: This service is offered Monday - Friday, between hours of 9:00am - 3:00pm. Visits available are 15 minutes (let-out/potty break only) or 30 minutes (includes walk) . Your dog will be able to get exercise, love and care while his human parents are at work. Visit includes potty time, walk (30 min visit only),fresh water, food or treat. During inclement weather (rain, extreme heat or cold) your pet will get a short potty break outside and then inside play time. Weekly service will be invoiced on Thursday and payment due on Friday for that week's services. **Regular pet care service is only available to customers residing within 8 mile radius of my home base.** Rates for Dog Walking/Potty Break Service: * Depending on driving distance Additional 15 minute increments are billed at $5.00 each. I can do yard poop scooping and cat litter scoop/maintenance in visits upon request. *************************************************************************************************** Miscellaneous: ** The following holidays will incur an additional charge of $5.00 per visit: New Year's Eve and Day, Christmas Eve and Day, Easter Day and Thanksgiving Day. ** Fees payable by cash/check/money order/debit/credit in advance of scheduled service. Returned checks will be subject to $20.00 service fee. Debit/credit cards accepted via PayPal. ** Pick-up and Drop-off key charge is $10.00. (No charge if picked up at consultation appointment). You can choose for me to keep your key on file (in locked safe) or return to you at end of visits. ** Any add on visits or charges will be due within 7 days after end of job. ** If I have to buy pet food, cat litter or other needed item during your absence, you will be charged price of product plus $10.00 pick-up fee. Please make sure your pets have enough food and cat litter on hand for length of pet sitting job. ** If you wish for me to pick-up dog waste, please have on hand needed items: Poop-scooper, waste bags & receptacle for disposal ** Please call upon your return from out of town so that I will know your pets do not need continued visits.
